Email and password sign-in is handled by a dedicated, industry-standard authentication provider. Your password is salted and hashed — never stored in plain text and never visible to HeliusOne.
Strict per-user access is enforced at the database level. No request can read another user's data — not even with a valid login token. The rules are enforced on the server, not in your browser.
All your data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 — your prediction logs, analysis results, trade history, and everything else.
Every connection between your browser and HeliusOne — and between the terminal and the services you connect — uses TLS. All traffic is encrypted end-to-end.
