Review & Approve

Express Approval

Signal fires → AI prepares the order → you review and approve within a countdown. Nothing reaches your broker until you say yes — and if you're not ready, the order waits for you.

Express Approval pairs AI-prepared orders with a review-and-approve step. When an alert fires for a symbol in an Express Approval list, HeliusOne prepares a complete draft order — direction, size, price, and full context — validates it against AI confidence thresholds and holding-period constraints, and surfaces it with a short approval countdown. You review the order and approve it to submit via your broker. Prefer to look later? Choose 'Review later' and the order moves to the Orders to Review queue on your Home screen, where it waits for your decision. HeliusOne never submits an order on your behalf — every order requires your explicit approval. Each order is logged with the full decision chain: the triggering alert, AI rationale, your decision, execution price, and realized P&L.

Key Capabilities

What this feature does for you

AI-Prepared Draft Orders

When the alerting service detects a qualifying event for a symbol in your Express Approval list, HeliusOne instantly prepares a complete draft order — direction, size, price, and full rationale — with no manual setup required.

Review with an Approval Countdown

Each prepared order opens for review with a countdown timer and full context: the triggering alert, AI recommendation, confidence score, suggested size, stop level, and intraday target. You approve only after reviewing — and nothing is submitted until you do.

Review Later → Orders to Review on Home

Not ready to decide? Choose "Review later" and the order moves to the Orders to Review queue on your Home screen. It waits there until you approve or dismiss it — so a busy moment never forces a rushed decision.

AI Confidence Validation

Before an order is prepared, the system checks the AI's confidence level against a configurable threshold. Below-threshold signals are skipped — so you are never asked to approve a low-conviction order.

Holding Period Enforcement

Minimum holding period constraints are checked before any sell order is prepared. If the position hasn't been held long enough, the order is blocked — protecting against unintended short-term trades.

Full Decision Audit Log

Every prepared order — approved, expired, or dismissed — is logged with: the triggering alert, AI rationale, confidence score, order details, your decision and timestamp, fill price, and realized P&L.
