If you enable the Express Approval trading feature, HeliusOne prepares draft orders from AI signals according to the settings, caps, and controls you configure. HeliusOne does not place orders on your behalf: every order requires your explicit approval before it is submitted to your connected brokerage. You review and approve within a countdown window (the order expires unplaced if you do not approve it), or choose "Review later" to move the order to the Orders to Review queue on your Home screen until you decide.

Software errors, API outages, delayed market data, stale account information, model errors, prompt errors, misconfigured settings, or market volatility can cause financial loss. Dollar caps, approval gates, and feature controls reduce operational risk but do not eliminate trading risk.

AI models, including Claude, Gemini, and any HeliusOne model workflows, may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, speculative, or inconsistent. They may misunderstand data, omit relevant information, or generate statements that sound confident but are incorrect.

Confidence scores, model gates, and ranking systems are experimental informational tools. They are not guarantees of accuracy, profitability, risk reduction, execution quality, or market outcome.

Portfolio values, positions, cost basis, tax lots, order status, quotes, charts, transaction history, and account information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate due to third-party systems, brokerage APIs, market data feeds, network failures, or synchronization issues.
